Wilmslow-based property developer Floating Concepts has appointed American architect Jonathan Baker to its board to oversee design issues and develop new concepts.
Jane Wilby-Palmer, who holds a law degree and has a legal and commercial property background, will head administration with particular responsibility for legal matters.
