Floating Offices from Floating Concepts

FCL supplies a number of differing  designs for 'off the peg' individual floating office units  by leading manufacturers and designers but, if there is nothing in our existing portfolio which matches a client's requirements,  our experienced design team is always happy to prepare designs for bespoke structures based on the client's own brief.

Floating Concepts offices are designed for the smaller company with expansion in mind. When it outgrows its existing accommodation an extension can very easily be added with the minimum of disturbance to the business; it is simply towed in to place. They can be provided either to a 'shell' finish which enables the occupier to install its own kitchen, bathroom, light fittings and fitted furniture or, alternatively on a 'turn-key' fully fitted, basis.

Where they are available, our floating offices are generally connected to mains services such as water, drainage, electricity, telephone, and broadband internet. Under-floor central heating and most of the occupiers' hot water requirements can be provided  by integral heat pumps and solar panels. Additional eco-friendly features can include air exchange and refuse recycling systems.
